Description:It is stated with grave concern that toady on 03/02/2020 at 9:10 a.m. a driver of MSP vehicle No AA3673 car no 103 came for picking the garbage from street 14B latif abad. As I came out for office, the driver of the said car was making noise and used bad/abuse language/words. Moreover, he talked to me in very unprofessional/offensive way, when I tried to stop him from using bad words as there were school children and women in the street, he pushed me back and used bad words and insulted me. I could have responded reciprocally, but being Government servant and respected citizen, I would rather espouse Legal process. His such miscreant act put the creditability and performance of Law & Order in question. Such acts are tantamount to unbecoming of gentleman, let alone an employee. Keeping in view the sensitivity of the situation and threat to me and my family, it is requested that the driver concerned may kindly be proceeded against under relevant law/Pakistan penal code for criminal/miscreant acts which he committed today, in order to maintain a healthy and peaceful working environment and strengthen the implementation of Law & Order in Peshawar. If legal action is not taken against the said miscreant driver for prevention, me or my family may have 100% chances to be harmed by him.
